If the item gets sticky or dirty, it can be placed in a commercial dishwasher without being damaged. Made of Richlite (wood fiber and recycled paper components) featuring 4 glass routs measuring 2" each. Comes with feet on to give a 1/4″ lift for servers to pick up and set down without spilling.
