Need to make cancellations on an order?

Just call us at 1-800-BeerCup. We are available from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will stop the order and cancel it, or refund any charges we have posted.

If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for round trip shipping costs prior to cancellation. This includes orders that are refused at time of delivery. It also includes those that are shipped in good faith, but returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
